Thank you for shopping at Soul Margins.
Soul Margins sells digital products, including digital art downloads and e-book PDFs. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be accessed almost immediately after purchase, our return and refund policy is different from that of physical goods.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable
All purchases of digital products on Soul Margins are generally final, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the product has been purchased and the download link, file, or access email has been delivered.
This is because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed, downloaded, copied, or made available to the customer.
By purchasing a digital product from Soul Margins, you acknowledge that:
- the product is delivered digitally;
- access is provided automatically through our digital delivery system;
- the product is for personal use only unless stated otherwise; and
- no refund will be provided simply because of a change of mind, accidental purchase, dislike of the product after purchase, or purchase of the wrong item.
2. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered automatically through Fileflare. After a successful purchase, the customer should receive an email containing access to the purchased digital product within a short period of time.
Download links may be subject to a download limit. At present, each purchased digital product may be downloaded up to two times.
Customers are responsible for saving their purchased files safely after download.
3. Exceptional Cases Where We May Help
Although digital purchases are generally non-refundable, we may offer support, a replacement file, a fresh download link, or, in rare cases, a refund if one of the following issues occurs:
- the download link does not work;
- the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
- the wrong digital product was delivered;
- the customer was charged more than once for the same product due to a technical/payment error; or
- the product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.
To be eligible for support or review, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at: ssandssarts@gmail.com
Please include:
- your full name;
- order number;
- email address used for purchase;
- product purchased;
- a clear description of the issue; and
- screenshots or relevant evidence, where applicable.
4. First Remedy: Technical Support or Replacement
If there is a genuine technical issue with accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, our first step will usually be to help resolve the problem.
Depending on the issue, we may:
- resend the download email;
- provide a fresh download link;
- replace the corrupted or incorrect file;
- guide you through access/download steps; or
- verify the purchase and restore access where appropriate.
A refund will generally be considered only if we are unable to provide access to the correct purchased product after reasonable attempts to fix the issue.
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Wrong Purchase
We do not provide refunds for:
- change of mind;
- accidental purchase;
- buying the wrong product;
- not reading the product description carefully;
- not liking the product after purchase;
- failure to use the product after purchase;
- lack of compatible software or device on the customer’s side;
- download limits being exhausted after successful access; or
- personal circumstances unrelated to the product itself.
Please review all product descriptions, previews, formats, and usage terms carefully before purchasing.
6. Copyright and Usage Terms
All digital products sold on Soul Margins are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, ownership, resale rights, reproduction rights, commercial rights, or intellectual property rights to the customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all digital art downloads and e-book PDFs are provided for personal use only.
Customers may not:
- resell the product;
- redistribute it;
- upload it publicly;
- share the file with others;
- claim the work as their own;
- use it for commercial purposes;
- mint it as an NFT;
- train AI models on it;
- modify and resell it; or
- reproduce it in any public, commercial, or unauthorized manner.
Display images on the website may contain watermarks or previews. These are shown for browsing and product display purposes only.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or commercial use may result in legal action.
7. Amazon and Third-Party Purchases
Some books or products displayed on Soul Margins may direct customers to Amazon or another third-party retailer for the purchase of a physical copy.
If you purchase a physical book or product through Amazon or any other third-party platform, the order is completed entirely through that third-party platform.
In such cases:
- Soul Margins does not process the payment;
- Soul Margins does not handle shipping;
- Soul Margins does not control delivery timelines;
- Soul Margins does not handle returns, replacements, or refunds; and
- the return and refund policy of Amazon or the relevant third-party retailer will apply.
For any issue related to a physical product purchased through Amazon or another third-party platform, please contact that platform directly.
Soul Margins currently does not sell physical products directly.
8. Cancellations
Because digital products are delivered automatically and access is usually provided shortly after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Once the digital product access email, download link, or file has been sent or made available, the order is considered fulfilled.
9. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it will usually be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing timelines of Razorpay, banks, card networks, UPI providers, or other payment partners.
Soul Margins is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.
Where a refund is issued, Soul Margins reserves the right to revoke access to the relevant digital product, deactivate download links, and refuse further use of the refunded product.
10. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged twice for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: ssandssarts@gmail.com
If a duplicate charge is verified, we may refund the duplicate payment to the original payment method.
11. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse
Soul Margins reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacement links, or further service if we reasonably suspect:
- refund abuse;
- fraudulent claims;
- unauthorized sharing or resale;
- repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour;
- violation of copyright or usage terms;
- misuse of download links;
- chargeback abuse; or
- any attempt to obtain digital products without valid payment.
Customers are requested to contact us first at ssandssarts@gmail.com before raising a chargeback or payment dispute, so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy, purchases made on Soul Margins, or digital products sold through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
